Every 10 minutes
New recordings are checked on a 10-minute schedule.
Picked up every 10 minutes. Grading follows extraction, and coaching is emailed without waiting for approval. Your CRM is written only when a person approves.
“I prefer second shift.”
Grading and the coaching email happen after extraction. They do not wait for your approval. The write to your CRM happens only at approval.
Recorded screens are picked up every 10 minutes. No bot joins the call, and there is no upload step. Calls under 60 seconds are skipped before any money is spent.
Deepgram transcribes the recording. Speakers are separated. Filler words are kept. Spoken numbers are rendered as digits. The request is primed with trade vocabulary and, when known, the candidate’s and recruiter’s names. The transcript is saved the moment it returns, so ordinary retries reuse it.

Anthropic Claude reads the transcript. About 20 candidate fields are extracted. Where one line states a value, the verbatim quote is kept with it. Unknown stays unknown. It drafts a labeled profile, a summary, and action items.

Graded on 13 discovery topics, with 4 weighted scores plus delivery. Notes per area, up to 3 missed topics, companies discussed, plus references and a skills inventory.
Emailed automatically after grading for real screens. The owner can also send or resend it by hand.
On the Screen Review desk, each proposed value sits beside what your CRM holds now. Fill means the CRM field is empty. Conflict means the CRM holds something different. You tick, edit, or skip each field, then approve.
Today, approval can write selected contact fields, a structured Screen or Call Note activity, the transcript, and a Check References activity into Crelate. Empty values are skipped rather than blanking real data. A second simultaneous approval is blocked.
New recordings are checked every 10 minutes. Processing time varies.
Ordinary retries reuse the saved transcript.
Pickup, transcript, write-up, coaching email, review, then a person approves the write to your CRM.
