Recruiting coaching · Built by a recruiter

A coach in your corner after the call.

After a graded screen, the recruiter gets notes by area, missed topics, and better questions to ask next time. Your CRM gets a quote-backed write-up that a person approves.

The manager’s view

Coaching without a manager listening in.

Every recruiter gets graded on the same topics and the same scores, and the coaching arrives on its own.

Still sitting in on calls?

The coaching reaches the recruiter after a graded screen without a manager listening in.

Does coaching wait for approval?

Coaching is emailed automatically as soon as a call is graded. It does not wait for approval.

Are recruiters coached differently?

Today the whole team is graded on the same 13 discovery topics and the same four weighted scores.

Same 13 topicsSame 4 weighted scores

Do follow-ups and missed details slip?

RecruitCoach names missed discovery topics and writes action items that say where the conversation left off, what happens next, and who owns it.

Notes by area. Missed topics. A better question for next time.

Built by a recruiter
I am a working recruiter. I built RecruitCoach because I wanted each recruiter to hear what went well, what to do better, and what to ask next after a call.

Coached your way

Coached the way you coach.

The firm sets the rules. RecruitCoach follows them on every screen.

How each call is written up

The firm’s owner can change the wording of the candidate profile, the conversation summary, the action items and the follow-up call notes, any time.

Which CRM fields fill

Which CRM fields a call fills is set for each firm at setup and locked in code, so a wording change can never silently break a CRM write.

What recruiters are graded on

Managers decide the topics, how much each counts, and the guidance behind them, and can change it any time.

Who receives the coaching

Managers choose who receives the coaching, such as a trainer or team lead, and can change it any time.

A separate manager copy

Managers get their own copy of each coaching note, sent as a separate private message right after the recruiter’s.

Recruiter quality pages

Each recruiter has a page showing their weakest areas with suggested before-and-after rewrites, and their best and worst screens.

Control

A person approves every write.

Only selected, non-empty values are sent to your CRM. Partial saves are reported field by field.

Encrypted phone-system tokens

Phone-system tokens are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and refreshed automatically.

Access by role

Recruiters see only their own calls. The owner sees everyone’s. Managers named at setup see the team’s screens except the owner’s own calls.

Selected values only

Only selected, non-empty values are sent. A real value is never blanked.

Partial saves are visible

Partial saves are reported field by field, never hidden. An interrupted approval can be finished later.

Kill switch and monthly cap

A kill switch stops new paid calls. A monthly spending cap halts new paid work.

Saved transcript on retry

A transcript is saved when it returns, so ordinary retries reuse it.

Product facts

10 minutes

13 topics

Discovery coverage, with missed topics named.

Four weighted scores

About 20 fields

Candidate facts are extracted for the write-up.

Any recruiting desk

Tuned to each firm at setup.
