The extension runs on Crelate records today. With another CRM, the same review and approval happen on the Screen Review desk, and your CRM is connected at setup.

A pill on the candidate record.
On the candidate’s Crelate record, a pill labeled AI UPDATE opens the pending updates from the screen. It does not write anything until you approve.
Review the changes. Then approve.
On the Crelate record, open the pill to see pending updates. The Approve action writes them through the same guarded write path as the review page. A person still approves the write.
Approve writes the included fields and records the reviewed Screen activity.
